Night Fleet — Privacy Policy & Event Terms

Introduction
Night Fleet ("we," "us") provides nightlife promotion services in Toronto, including guestlist management, bottle service bookings, and event planning at partner venues. This policy covers data collected through nightfleet.ca and our guestlist sign-up form, and sets out our terms for event photography, alcohol service, and liability. It applies to anyone who submits information to us or attends a Night Fleet event.

Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you join a guestlist, request a table, or contact us:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Preferred venue and night
Party size
Any message you include with your request
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Confirm guestlist and table bookings with our venue partners
Contact you about your request or an upcoming event
Maintain our customer records and booking system
Send updates about Night Fleet events, when you've opted in
We do not sell your information.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share your information only as needed to deliver our services:
Partner venues, to confirm your guestlist or table
HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform
Google Forms, to collect guestlist sign-ups
Each third party processes your data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can request to:
Access the information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Withdraw consent or request deletion

Photo & Video Consent
Night Fleet and our venue partners may photograph or film guests at our events for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By attending a Night Fleet event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to our use of your image, without compensation.
If you prefer not to be photographed, let event staff know on arrival.
Alcohol Service & Liability Disclaimer
Night Fleet arranges guestlist access, tables, and events at third-party venues. We do not hold a liquor licence and do not serve alcohol ourselves. All alcoholic beverages are served by our venue partners under their own licence from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO); venue staff are responsible for responsible service of alcohol.
Guests must be 19 years of age or older, Ontario's legal drinking age, to consume alcohol at any event.
Night Fleet is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from alcohol consumption, venue conditions, or the conduct of guests or third parties at an event. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation home.
Age Requirement
Night Fleet events and most partner venues are restricted to guests 19 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 19. If we learn we've collected information from a minor, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
